CO MOST Instructor Renewal

Prior to March 1st, each Instructor is required to renew.
This includes both CO MOST certification, as well as DOR DRIVES activation.

To renew your Instructor status, please complete:

1) INSTRUCTOR APPLICATION (RENEWAL)

2) DRIVER RECORD
Note: We can no longer accept past Driver Record Release forms

Please go to https://mydmv.colorado.gov/_/#6 to purchase your CO 7-Year Driver Record
Instructions for obtaining your Driving Record
when received, send via email attachment to: KMcCarty@msf-usa.org

3) HARASSMENT TRAINING

All harassment training accounts are being reset as of January 31, 2026, so you can complete.
